We are not responsible for anything that happens while you use this service. Trading, automation, crypto wallets, servers, payments, third-party providers, APIs, and AI-generated code all carry risk. You accept all risks yourself.

No financial advice

PumpApi Agent is a software automation tool. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or security advice. Any strategy, bot, message, backtest, or result can be wrong and can lose money.

Trading and wallet risk

You are solely responsible for your Solana wallet, private keys, funds, trades, tokens, bot configuration, API usage, and any on-chain transaction. Crypto assets can become worthless, transactions are irreversible, and bots can malfunction.

Servers and third-party services

Servers may be provided by third-party providers such as Bitlaunch. Their availability, billing, uptime, performance, terms, restrictions, and failures are outside our control. You are responsible for complying with their terms.

No refunds

Refunds are not provided in any form. Payments for server balance, LLM balance, agents, automation, hosting, usage, or any other service are final and non-refundable.
